It is in the local community that the grace of our vocation is cultivated and shaped. It is community life that leads us gradually to understand what it means to be a Brother of the Sacred Heart.
It is in community that we realize our mutual responsibility for the formation of one another.
Rule of Life, 172.
eing a Brother devoted to God is not a lonely path: consecration is in community. Our charism is characterized by fraternity. We discover who we really are and what God wants from us when we open ourselves to a Brother and seek Christ together. We are like Brother-Jesus, who walks beside each person, with proximity and simplicity.
As teachers, we attach great importance to the spirit of communion in order to make people experience the attachment to the community. By doing so, children and young people make the school their home and the teachers their family.
